(26,505 posts)4. Not quite. Every single corporate project I've ever worked on has to be
designed in compliance with ADA. The little residential high rise experience that 8 have also indicates that a certain number of units have to comply with ADA. It's a civil rights law not a construction code. There may also be local accessibility ordinances that can come in play here.
