How do we discuss it?
For myself, Ive been at a profound loss of words. Aside from my own inflamed reactions to the people that do and/or lead this, I dont know what to say.
I know that a lot of whats needed is inner change. That could refer to individuals or to organizations, I think. Deep change is needed, which at the heart of things, is where change starts. Self awareness, self-reflection, and a will to some kind of action. These are the qualities that seem most important and to be cultivated, to me.
