Nov 2018

My daughter was there with a girlfriend. They won tickets to be there. I was manning the headquarters in my county that night, so people could come in for election watch. She kept texting me.

In 2012, my husband and I were part of the crowd in McCormick Place when President Obama came in after winning reelection. We had tickets because we had worked hard for him.

It seems like a century ago. I remember how packed in we were, and how nice everyone was to each other. We have lost so much of that feeling of love and unity. It has been replaced with hate and anger.

I'll hang out with some judicial candidates..I think they'll go OK LeftInTX Nov 2018 #1
