turn the 24/7 Breathless, Breaking News Cable Noise Channels off. They only exist to fill airtime between ads for drugs we never knew we needed.

Indeed. I cannot think of a case where $100k annual salary and $825 rent aren't mutually exclusive.

transportation cost unrealistically low. high paid person would probably go for a car that cost
