As progressives we should have higher expectations from our activists. We shouldn't be making excuses for him. Nor should be be "compartmentalizing" obvious and vulgar failures so that they're easier to put-away and ignore.

I guess I just have higher standards than those who are willing to make excuses or who are willing to look the other way.

Oh well.
