Say the house begins impeachment hearings against The Devil which is certainly more than warranted.. [View all]

Then what? The GOP-dominated Senate won't vote to impeach no matter what The Devil (Trump) does. So, the effort ends there.

This gives The Devil and his GOP another thing to campaign on, in addition to "witch hunt!" and claiming (falsely) that Mueller exonerated The Devil because Barr said so. Impeachment would certainly make facts in the Mueller report (likely the entire thing) public but...

...would it get The Devil out of our gov't? No. Would it help Democrats in 2020? No. Is it the right thing to do under the law and the US Constitution and for protection of our gov't? Yes. But it's a losing issue for the sane party (Democrats) and a winning one for The Devil.

Pelosi is right in saying The Devil is not worth dividing the country over. But he's divided the country more than it's ever been himself, nevermind impeachment. OTOH, The Devil is DESTROYING our country and our gov't, law enforcement, regulatory bodies, - everything.

It seems the choice is between dividing the nation wi/ impeachment hearings that will go nowhere in the Senate and give The Devil a great 2020 issue to run on, OR ... letting The Devil (Trump) destroy our nation and it's government further.

Not a great choice there.
