is a consolidation of all of the cases involving red states' various restrictions on abortion. There will be the "hard line" view, notably Alabama, that will make the heartbeat and 20 week variations look reasonable by comparison. And exceptions for rape, incest, and serious health complications for the mother will be a part of the decision.

Then, there will be two Americas, but we've already been moving in that direction on a number of topics for quite a few years now.
