16. I got an email about an 'unconsidered aspect' that was bothersome...

...maybe someone can clarify this for me. I get constant negative BS from family 99% of which is crap you hear everyday. I got one about impeachment that threw me a little. It made the point that trump gets to 'mount a vigorous defense' of impeachment charges brought by the House which includes subpoena power to question basically anyone he wants under oath

If a House Democrat is subpoenaed and refuses to testify charges against trump could be dropped. If this is true it's very easy to understand Pelosi's reticence in pursuing impeachment. The email is written by some 'expert' and lists a bunch of procedural crap most of which e hear about all the time. I had just never heard this stuff before and it seems very dangerous!
