Right now the Schmidt’s, Rubin’s, Frum’s, and Wilson’s of the world support the Democrats. What happens when suddenly Pence is the nominee, or in 2024? How much weight do we put in seemingly good advice from temporary allies? How much trust is there? It’s going to be interesting to see how this plays out.
