sovereign electorate or if 2012 was our last democratic presidential election.

Itm, the electorate, presumably in their wisdom, have chosen to put Republicans in charge of the senate and preside over the impeachment trial.

Hope someone told Calvin the power of his vote helps determine who gets in power whether he directs it himself or not.
