I bought my first automatic, a Forester, three years ago. I usually drive a car into the ground but I just didn’t like the bulk and handling. Not bad, but I was coming off an Audi and a Mini. I never did like it. So I went for the Crosstrek. It’s great! High enough for my old ass to get in and out easily (or I’d have never given up that Mini) and tight, zippy enough and the seat is great for long drives.

Ford isn’t managing very well these days.
