I can't sign on for him being THE most evil man ever. We must give him his due, though. Just as we give Goebbels his due with respect to the Holocaust.
I'm afraid our rankings may have to change in the not-too-distant decades though. As climate change continues to reshape our environment we will have plenty of people to blame. Not the least of which will be the fossil fuel company CEOs and boards who knew, way back in the 50s, 60s & 70s where we were headed. I'm sure some talked themselves into believing the scientists were being too alarmist. That what they predicted could never happen. Others simply didn't give a shit since they'd be dead by the time it happened.
