(12,382 posts)29. I volunteer as a lunch lady at our high school.
Its also a buffet, but the kids are served. Food is only touched by gloved staff. The kitchen area is so clean and under such strict rules that if a roach ever entered, he would be made to put boots on before being trapped. The floors are scrubbed daily and rinsed with the fire hose, 2 inches of water being squeegied down the drain. Ive been in many restaurant kitchens and have never seen one as spotless. So if four lunch ladies can do this, PLUS put out awesome looking, delicious meals (yes, the kids and teachers compliment us constantly), then so can a buffet restaurant.

I got the same from a Red Lobster, which was the first & last time I ate at one. That was over 20
