DOJ interviewed Priestap prior to dropping the Flynn case.
They excluded the interview in their motion.
Priestap claims they lied about his stance as well as the context of the notes.

And then this:
Examining DOJ filing on Flynn vs testimony of McCord and Yates

Mary McCord, the Justice Department's top national security lawyer at the time of Flynn's January 2017 interview with the FBI, highlighted in a New York Times op-ed some discrepancies. She said Barr is now twisting her words as justification for dropping Flynn's criminal case.

and then this
Why the Flynn Interview Was Predicated

In the short term, the Justice Department has harmed not only its own reputation for integrity through filing the motion to dismiss but also public confidence that the law applies equally to everyone, including the president’s friends. It is telling that prosecutor Brandon Van Grack, who worked on the case for more than two years, withdrew on the day the motion was filed and that no career prosecutor signed the filing.

2,000 Former FBI And DOJ Officials Call On Barr To Resign

On top of Retired Judge Gleeson's oped in WaPo ... who Judge Sullivan has taken up to request he weigh in as a friend of the court

And Judge Sullivan has Flynn who plead guilty of lying to the FBI dead to rights for contempt or perjury:

And the document making the motion was not signed off properly.

Barr's coming off very badly here - and may also be in contempt or guilty of perjury. And even if Barr tries to withdraw his motion, Sullivan may well press on to get to the bottom of this and embarrass the crap out of Barr. Hopefully, someone will file a complaint with the DC Bar on the corrupt AG.

Sadly, this won't make any big different to Trump because like Stone, he has to get Flynn off so Flynn doesn't rat him out.
