COVID-19: Seasonal? [View all]

Have any scientists ever come out and said whether or not they think COVID-19 is likely to be a seasonal thing or if it could be a year-round thing that we'll have to deal with until we have treatments, vaccine, etc? We know that the flu has specific seasons when it tends to be worse, but this isn't a type of flu. Do we have any prior experiences with Coronoviruses that tend to indicate one way or another whether they can be seasonal or do they just exist until they are eradicated or able to be vaccinated against?
