7. I can't see him actually going to prison

I can see a lot of people who worked for him going to prison.

I can see his kids going to prison

I can definitely see him getting hit with serious civil/tax fines and penalties.

But a unanimous criminal jury verdict, no. Even if caught dead to rights on something completely apolitical, there's going to be at least one, probably more like three or four, jury holdouts who will either believe him or accept reasonable doubt or be convinced there was something corrupt about the prosecution or simply that they figure presidents shouldn't ever go to prison.
