and it's not legislative, either.

Just because Trump thinks the Dow is a good measure, that doesn't mean it is. So ignore whether it's at a high.

A lot of the economy is still struggling. Many people are still struggling. A stimulus is still needed, and you can't just give that up because someone like Mnuchin has recognized that too. Politics is not just "do everything to hurt your opponent".
