In reply to the discussion: MASK REQUIRED FOR SERVICE. --- this 👍😆 [View all]frazzled
(18,402 posts)7. I haven't experienced anti-masking as a problem here
Yes, there are signs, but neither I nor my spouse have encountered any maskless persons trying to enter a store over the past 9 months. Not that we go out that much ... just to a grocery every 10 days or so, or once every few months to Costco. But even doing curbside pickups, while waiting in the car I've noticed total compliance from customers who are entering a store. They take them out and put them on before entering.
Is it just where I am?
The only time I see maskless people is outsidefor example, people out walking a dog or just taking a stroll. And that's only occasional people. Most pedestrians I encounter in the city are masked.

Anyone who says it's a hoax deserves all the public mocking and shaming they get.

It's just an update to the old "No shoes, no shirt, no service" that we have lived with forever.

My experience in rural GA and FL also suggests a lot of complaints are overstated.

A great sign, and one that should have never been required, if all wore their mask. ...

When I was a kid, it was common to see signs in most restaurants that said:

This is wonderful. What gets my goat is that the major chains are too afraid of losing
