34. Supply and demand. Distibute the vaccines to states where people

take them. Lower the number of vaccines distributed to red states according to rate of usage, increase the number of vaccines going to blue states according to the rate of usage.

Don't waste time, money, and energy on those who ignorantly look a gift horse in the mouth.
