and also.........HE DIDN'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THE CONSEQUENCES OF HIS ACTIONS...IS THAT RIGHT?

Yes. Whether he can plead insanity or diminished capacity is a separate question.

No. 15 is not an adult. In fact a great deal of development happens between 15 and 18.
