They don't care who is President or in Congress. They are the ruling junta and they figure there's not much we can do about it. No need for a civil war, they already have siezed power. While we were all watching Trump's asinine attempt at a coup. they actually accomplished it.

Agreed. Everyone seems to think they know how SCOTUS will rule but I'm not so sure.
