Exactly... describes her perfectly. This is my experience as well. Ali Velshi meanwhile did a rockstar job of filling in for Rachel and with his Ukraine coverage from Ukraine, he really elevated his usual stellar performance. I feel he was intentionally passed over and it just did not seem fair or logical.
