Yeah she really fucked this one up and whether it was through incompetence, stupidity, miss guided federal society ideology etc. who knows. The good part though is the appeal of the 11th circuit immediately came out blasting away at her in no uncertain terms. That’s the thing we need to focus on and that was with two Trump appointees on that three judge appeal group, that read her the riot act.
