The only riot was the "Brooks Brothers" riot in Florida, by which GOP operatives flown in from all over the country, were successful in halting the counting of Florida's votes...

All of those operatives were part of a conspiracy to cross state lines for the purpose of inciting/participating in a riot... they should have ended up in jail!
