He was a civilian DoD employee with top secret clearance. He believes there is a good possibility that Trump friends in the FBI or Secret Service planted documents to incriminate Biden. Of course Biden is President now and has access to everything. Trump has access to nothing.

I don't know if I buy into this particular conspiracy but something sure stinks to high heaven.
