obstructed their return because he said publicly "they're MINE" so by just refusing to comply fully to a DOJ subpoena (even by telling his coffee boy and lawyer barbie to lie to the FBI), that's the criminal-code's blue book definition of committing Obstruction of Justice, but he doesn't care about HIM committing felonies as it's always someone else's fault.
