8. I agree it should be labeled as Domestic Terrorism.

Those two words terrify politicians of all stripes, it seems. But we're never going to be able to do anything about it until we start calling it what it is!

And I'd vote for closer to 50 years for this guy. Not only was he not even involved with government, but he's a senior citizen. I'd think you could place this under a hate crime, as well, against the elderly.
