The people back when B*sh was ordering wipe-tapping without warrants, and were saying "That's okay; I ain't doin' nothing wrong", are the same people who would no doubt oppose a measure like ammunition tracking. But the principle is the same. if you're not doing anything wrong, you have nothing to worry about.
