I think it would actually make me want to try the product more. Honesty in advertising is something we don't even consider possible anymore, after decades worth of ever-slicker pitches. A 13 year old these days watches television ads with more skepticism than a 70 year old would have done in 1965.

If there's anything at all that has actually been sharpened in the western mind over the last few decades, it's the ability to sense advertising.
