if the agencies actually took their roles seriously and stopped using them for excuses to take advantage of people for power and money. Of course, if American corporations didn't go around the world exploiting people and resources for their own personal gain at the cost of great suffering, there probably wouldn't be much of a threat of terrorism to begin with. But where is the profit in that! These people would have to resort to making an honest living and solving real problems.
