Yes. You are right totally. Let's put people first and not accept the status quo.
Let's insist on getting something done for cripes sake. Who's here that's working on things?
We should have more action threads and DU "To do list". Some smart DUers should be able to show us the "king pin" issues that we should tackle first.
What, in your mind is the issue that, if we had the power to change it, would create the most push in the right direction?
Two ideas:
1. Raise the minimum wage
2. Repeal Citizens United
Activism people. We need to become activists and there are a lot of ways to do it.
