(86,579 posts)Scott Brown and his followers. I had no intention of upsetting you or even going in the direction of a veiled insult. I am certain you are well aware of what you were saying.
And
I am also certain that EW is not interested in any more publicity on that issue. I live among several tribes out here in the middle of "Indian Country" and have numerous affiliations (as a non-tribal member) with a number of the tribes in my area, I am fully aware of how the bloodlines thing works.
I didn't read the info you posted, prior to this, because I wasn't all that enthralled with that aspect thus my "wondering" if she had an "Indian name". I meant no disrespect toward anyone; you, any tribe or EW... well maybe Scott Brown.
I'm way out here, almost 3,000 miles from MA so I was paying attention to the real issues here during the elections. I was born in MA and spent a good part of my early years there so I kind of check on what's happening there when it comes up in the news. My actual take away from that whole issue was that regardless of her heritage, EW was the appropriate person for the job she now holds and was disgusted with the whole racist BS.
It is never my intent to insult or belittle anyone whom I respond to on this or any other blog site, it's not what I come here for and it doesn't contribute to the conversation in a positive way. It's not always easy to decipher the intent of some comments and I give you that given my wording. And I do thank you for the informative links, they do help not only me but anyone who is interested in the facts.
Thanks.
