(455 posts)57. No one should be surprised at the Freepers reaction to Mandela's passing.
It's just their masks coming off. Mandela was devoted to freedom, justice and liberty for everyone in his country. He was the real deal, embodying what we hold as the basic values that founded our own country.
The Freepers push a perverted form of phony, flag waving "patriotism" to provide cover for their beliefs, which really just amount to fascism.
The Freepers despise democracy and lash out with viscous hate when they are actually confronted with it.
