(37,549 posts)33. Looks like they won the state court action, but they will have to file in federal court
to force the US Marshalls to return the physical documents and other records.
Which they should win. It seems the use of trap-and-trace as opposed to a probable cause warrant is at issue, and that should be decided in a federal court.
