(50,566 posts)3. Hard to decide, but I voted for vegetables.
We are having a lot of them this year. Roasted veg soup, green beans & shallots, peas & mini onions in cream sauce, roasted brussel sprouts, salad. Their lightness will help balance out the stuffing and mashed potatoes.

I made scalloped potatoes and French green beans and slathered it with mushroom sauce.
