You see, the plan is to delay the pain until AFTER the midterm. We need SUSTAINED OUTRAGE AND RESISTANCE. This needs to be front and center in the news now and going forward.
Sigh...too often I see Democrats roll over after losing a battle. Battle over...and voters forget.
But this is a WAR. And we damned well better see to it that the heat stays on and that there is no opportunity for voters to forget that the GOP is shafting 99% of us.
Of course, some are irredeemable. There are a lot of deplorably thick numbskulls out there whose minds are captive of the anti-state media propaganda machine. But there is a slice in the middle that is still amenable to truth and reason.

My brother is in a nursing home on medicaid/medicare. We can't care for him at home anymore.

If they block grant Medicaid or repeal its expansion, a LOT of nursing homes will close their doors.
