it was constructed to satisfy a public need at which the private sector was failing miserably.

it's not at all difficult in concept to repeal it and go back to where we were before the obamacare.

the only thing that makes it painful is that it has been a brilliant success, and people don't want to abandon a program that's working and go back to the problems we had before.
