Cuban's a billionaire, too. He knows Trump and he knows how Trump thinks. Just observing his presidency, it's obvious Trump is not very detail-oriented. He is the classic hands off manager giving direction from above. We know Trump only cares about winning and money, specifically getting/using other people's money. This is what makes Cuban's twitter analysis convincing.
