2018 House KGOP races are in need of positive talking points..

House passes the bill today...

Huge KGOP success reported by every media outlet in the galaxy...

Bill goes to Senate....
whose job it will be to appear as if engaging in serious review and revision...

They will keep it alive as long as it has value as a useful media distraction and can be helpful in 2018 races.....

They may be planning to have Senate send revised version back to House closer to height of campaign season...
House will then be the ones "diligently working for people" by pretending to review the revisions...
But wont actually pass it until (if ever) after election... so people won't have time to "experience" its effects before re-electing KGOP

Whole purpose is
so that they can have multiple "success" talking points at election time
But without actually accomplishing anything that may become detrimental to 2018 elections
