7. For federal crimes...

He may be able to pardon *other people* for federal crimes, but there's still state crimes under the jurisdiction of NYAG, and we know how many of them are from NY, or caught up in probable money laundering in NY.

Giuliani was possibly holding the bag on that one...and notice how quiet he's been lately?

And I believe anyone that is pardoned can no longer plead the 5th.
