(21,786 posts)There's just too much evidence that says it was Oswald, and none that says it was anyone else.
Oswald's rifle, found on the scene, with his prints on it. Bullet recovered from the car, matched to Oswald's rifle. Bullet fragments, matched to Carcano ammunition. Not to mention Oswald leaving almost all of his money (which, he was, by all accounts, tighter than a fish's arsehole, so that was very much out of character) and his wedding ring on the nightstand for his wife to find (as though he didn't expect to be coming back or to see her again). Eyewitnesses who saw a man in the window of the Depository with a rifle (a description that went out over police radio and led to Officer JD Tippit stopping Oswald, and getting shot...which, if you're innocent, why kill a cop?), etc.
