38. NOTE_ OSC WEBSITE IS DOWN

I've been trying to get to the Office of Special Counsel's website to get a copy of the charge,
at http://www.osc.gov and it's been down for the last 15 minutes.

Can somebody else try? Is it just me? Or is it now down?

Is it a denial of service attack? Or a server crash?

Or what?
