since they have since reopened from lockdown and people have been crowding their national parks and tourist sites to get out of the house. They could see a resurgence simply due to how crowded and populated they are. It only takes a few folks who didn't show symptoms and don't know they have it.

Either way, they need to shut down their wildlife markets permanently. People worry about it going underground as if it's America. China executes people for abusing pandas and imprisons people for having children without a permit so it works a bit differently under an authoritarian regime.
