Capitol grounds and WDC without charging them? With plenty of visual evidence on Jan 6th, now that he no longer is involved in the prosecutions, he runs his yapper about the DOJ should bring sedition chargers. The defense is thankful for his assistance.

Sherwin appears to me to be a torpedo from Trump to wreck the prosecutions by AG Garland.
