16. Sherwin should've kept his moutn shut

Neal Katyal said what I was thinking yesterday when he was a guest on MSNBC, that defense lawyers are and are going to use some of things Sherwin said in arguments for their clients.

His answers should've stuck with what was in the public charging documents, otherwise "I can't comment on ongoing investigations".

It was also interesting that Sherwin was actually in the crowd moving toward the Capitol but at no time, apparently, did he think it would be a good idea to call someone and relate what he was seeing.
