(15,690 posts)30. Reminder - this process occurs on January 6, after the new House and Senate are seated.
So, if the Dems take the Senate, they can sustain any objections.
Also, several of the swing states that dont have faithless elector restrictions (and remember, You suggested in post #15 that Biden electors Would somehow be bribed to switch to Trump) have Dem Governors and Secretaries of State, who could refuse to certify their states slate of electors/certify an alternate slate.
