If you mean to ask can he be prevented from taking office after the election (in the unlikely event of his election), only the Electoral College can prevent that, and it would be as close to any Constitutional crisis as we've ever had if they tried. In any case, the Electoral College votes in December and Inauguration is mid-January, so not much time to resolve it, should it need resolving.

The easiest and best course is to prevent Trump from being elected by having a massive vote for Hillary and Democrats and against Trump and GOP.
