Judge Roy Moore Is Hoping to Get Your Vote for Alabama Senator in a Special Election
Moore announced he would run for the United States Senate seat that was vacated by Jeff Sessions upon Sessions's confirmation as Attorney General. Some are calling the race a proxy war between the populist and establishment wings of the Republican Party.
The reason this race has significance is because a loss could potentially shift Republicans' tenuous authority in the Senate. The GOP currently holds 52 seats in the Senate, while Democrats hold 48 and 2 independents caucus with Democrats.
Judge Roy Moore Was Unfit for Office Even Before Sexual Abuse Allegations

He is also a far-right, ultra-conservative, religious fundamentalist, and accused child molester. Below is a list of his controversial views, actions, and sexual abuse allegations.
