I thought this was an inspiring and needed speech, hardly thought it would have caused controversy here at this late date, but I should have known better. Thank you for stating the facts, I live near Vermont and Bernie is very popular here. But does that mean that these voters suddenly decided that TFG was a better option than Hillary? Not on your life - I remember a conversation I had with those who currently live in Vermont the summer before the election and we all agreed that the next person who drove by would be a better option than TFG. And the truth is that the majority of American voters chose Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election, the fact that an antiquated process caused the candidate chosen by fewer voters was allowed to assume office is the issue that we should be angry about, not that we had a Democratic primary.
