...tipping point. I was going to retire next summer. I may just move it up.

The interesting question arose about how to handle a telemedicine visit if you have a teenager who has a question about their genitalia. I am NOT going to look at someone’s junk on line. Just NO! I’m told there are secure ways to do this, but no way in hell. Anything can get hacked.
